With the recent launch of our website, we are now officially able to offer our E-Design services nationwide! Our steps are outlined here, but we thought we would share a recent project to walk you through the process. This will give you an idea of how it works, and what you would be receiving from us.
This particular client has been living in their home for several years, and thought it was time for an upgrade! They started with the living room, wanting a space that felt more bright and modern. They submitted our questionnaire, which included the before photos shown below. As you can see, the space has great potential. The existing flooring and natural light are a great starting point. A little bit of paint and some new furniture could really transform the space. That is where we come in.
Once we reviewed their questionnaire, existing photos and inspirational images we sent a quote for approval. After the quote was approved, and we received payment through our PayPal account, we got to work!
Prior to beginning the design, we provided our client with a concept board based on the inspiration images sent to us and our interpretation of their style. This is an important step that allows our clients to get a look and feel of the space and to see the direction we are headed.
Once they gave us the thumbs up and let us know we were heading in the right direction we got to work on their K-Space!
Upon completing our design, we sent our client a tagged floor plan and a design board. This serves as a visual guide for their space, and if they are not completely happy with the design they may request changes and ask any questions. (If any changes are requested, we will include one round of revisions.) Below you will see the tagged floor plan and final design board that was approved by our client.
Once the final design was approved, we sent a shopping list for all of the exact products, paint colors, etc. The shopping list includes information on all the items you will need in order to create your K-Space. The items on the list will also correspond to the tagged floor plan for placement reference.
Now that all of the information has been received, they can implement the design at their own pace!
